To optimize imaging clarity, patients are advised to wear clothing without metal fasteners or provided with a hospital gown, as certain metals may affect image quality. Positioned on a narrow table, individuals are smoothly guided into a spacious, tunnel-shaped scanner. Some MRA examinations may require the administration of a contrast dye for improved visualization, typically introduced through a vein in the hand or forearm prior to the test. This contrast dye aids radiologists in achieving clearer images of specific areas of interest. Throughout the MRI process, a skilled operator at Hypro Diagnostics vigilantly oversees the procedure from an adjacent room, ensuring its precision. While the duration of the test may vary, it generally takes approximately one hour or more. Notably, MRA distinguishes itself from traditional angiography by eliminating the need for invasive catheter insertion.
