DISPOSAL CHARGES

In this contract, “Charges” refers to the fees the customer needs to pay for Slicker Recycling Limited’s services in handling, treating, disposing, and recycling waste materials requested by the customer. These fees, whether incurred directly or indirectly, cover the costs associated with the waste management services provided. On the other hand, “Goods” simply denotes the items that Slicker Recycling Limited will supply according to the terms outlined in the Goods Schedule of the contract. This ensures a straightforward understanding of the specific products to be delivered as part of the agreement.
