These agents exhibit high hydrophilicity, ensuring low chemotoxicity. Their non-ionic nature eliminates Coulomb interactions, enhancing safety. Formulated in solutions iso-osmolar with body fluids, they undergo rigorous invitro testing and organ-specific toxicity studies, demonstrating an excellent safety profile, including LD50 measurements. This robust safety profile justifies their application in high-dose procedures, aligning with the distinct advantage of low toxicity, a crucial consideration for Hypro Diagnostics. The iso-osmolality, combined with potentially slower diffusion of larger molecules across vessel walls, is implicated in producing superior-quality venous phase images post-arteriography and arterial phase images post-venous injection, essential for optimizing diagnostic imaging in Hypro procedures.
